At Lockheed-Martin, I work in Enterprise Operations under the Aeronautics division. I support our Transportation Management System to ship freight between Lockheed-Martin facilities, to and from vendors, and to military bases.

Software Support Engineer II2019 - 2023

I support more advanced projects for our banks and credit union, and liaise directly with the technical teams on many of our vendor companies, including Fiserv, FIS, Corelation, Jack Henry, PSCU, Finastra, and Mulesoft.

Internally, I partner with many teams to improve our products, and deliver cutting-edge experiences to our customers. I often partner with our Site Reliability Engineering DevOps teams to consult on architectural changes and industy best practices. I work with our Product Team to identify gaps in our offerings, and with our programmers, to identify defects in the software.

I frequently join calls with our banks and credit unions, and our networking resources, to identify connectivity issues from our platform, to their Data Processing Vendor. This can commonly be caused by firewall rules, misconfigured NATs, and routing issues.

I look in databases to find many types of common issues, build impact reports, and correct them, all before most users notice a problem. Often, these database issues can be caused by orphaned records, unexpectedly null values, duplicate data, constraint violations, concurrent access violations, and record locking.

Before covid, I would travel on site to high-profile banks and credit unions across the united states, to support their go live and work directly with their technical team on custom integrations between our platform and theirs.

Software Support Engineer I2018 - 2019

I supported NCR's digital banking platform, in the technical implementations team.

We ran many projects for our banks and credit unions, including mergers, conversions from other online banking providers, data processing vendor changes, and datacenter moves.

I worked on many AIX and Linux systems, as well as Oracle and Informix databases, to identify and troubleshoot issues.

I would install many basic Single Signon products and SAMLs, such as Online Statements, Check Reorder, Bill Pay, Loan Application, Zelle, External Transfers, and Live Chat.

Student Assistant2017

Worked with Phoenix Health Technology to develop the circuit board on an HVAC evaporator coil cleaner. This board would be installed in an indoor HVAC unit, interface with the thermostat (both smart, and nonsmart), and periodically douse the coils in an eco-friendly mold and mildew cleaner. The next time the air conditioning ran, the condensed moisure would wash away the cleaner, and lifted debris, and wash it down the drain.
